This 15 minute virtual meeting gives us a chance to address any general questions you have about the practice or policies.
Please note this visit is not meant to be a comprehensive intake.
Specific medical recommendations will be provided at your initial visit.
Virtual Meet and Greet
Initial Visit
$450
During this 90 minute consultation, we will take the time to delve into your medical history and explore your concerns.
Treatment options, including hormonal and non-hormonal prescriptions medications, will be reviewed.
Together we will develop a therapeutic plan tailored to you.
Follow up visits
$225
During follow up visits we will re-evaluate your symptoms and continue to optimize your treatment. Visit frequency will be determined on an individual basis.
*Please note you WILL NOT incur charges for signing up with the practice. Initial visit charge will occur on the day of your intake appointment.
